How it works

The system in one minute

From the tenant’s message to a photo-documented closure.

  1. 01

The tenant sends a WhatsApp message

No app to install. A normal WhatsApp message is enough to open a ticket.

  2. 02

The ticket is opened and routed instantly

It is classified by category and priority, and 3 messages go out together: to the contractor, the tenant and the supervisor.

  3. 03

We chase the contractor until it’s fixed

We track acceptance and arrival, and anything past the contracted response time is escalated automatically.

  4. 04

Closed with a photo and a confirmation

A ticket only closes with a photo from the site and the tenant’s confirmation, and its full history is kept.

Ticket MT-2411

A real ticket’s journey

This is what the tenant and the contractor actually see, not a marketing simulation. Under each message: what the system recorded at that moment.

The real difference

Software that receives the ticket, or a team that closes it?

Most of the market is a software license: it takes the request and leaves the work to you.

The impact on your team

The time you get back

The traditional way, a ticket passes through a chain of hands before the repair even starts. Here is what disappears, in numbers counted at a live site.

Before: the traditional path

3
parties in sequence before the fix
4

After: on WhatsApp

3

Two hours lost before the repair starts

120 minutes on the traditional path

  1. 5 min · Receiving and logging the ticket
  2. 30 min · Waiting in the maintenance team’s queue
  3. 25 min · Finding and calling a contractor
  4. 45 min · Waiting for a reply and calling again
  5. 15 min · Confirming the appointment and telling the tenant

Of those two hours, about 35 minutes is real human effort (calls, logging and follow-up), and that is the only number the calculator uses, so nothing is overstated.

How it is calculated: tickets × 35 minutes of human effort, then the plan price ÷ hours recovered.

To be honest: this is not a cash saving, because salaries are paid either way. The gain is productivity: the same hours move from coordination calls to preventive rounds and chasing overdue work.

The tenant’s experience

And for the tenant: how long do they really wait?

Management counts staff minutes. Tenants live through the hours.

And for the tenant: how long do they really wait?
Ticket typeBefore the systemWith the system (target)
Normal24–48 hours8–24 hours
High priorityUsually the next dayUsually the same day
Critical1–3 hours30–90 minutes

The “before” figures come from a live site. The “after” figures are targets, measured from your first month of operation. The system doesn’t remove repair time, only the time wasted before it.

What actually changes

  • The middleman is gone

The ticket is assigned to the contractor the moment it is created, and everyone is notified at once.

  • Tickets don’t depend on anyone’s shift

A midnight report becomes a work order right away, not the next morning.

  • Delays don’t pass silently

Going past the contracted response time triggers automatic escalation.

  • Contractor performance, measured for the first time

Acceptance time, completion time, photo and rating, so contract renewals rest on numbers, not impressions.

FAQ

Before you request a quote

Straight answers to what property and facility managers usually ask.

Do tenants need to download an app?

No. The tenant sends a normal WhatsApp message, and we handle the rest through to a photo-documented closure.

How is this different from maintenance management software?

Software receives the ticket and leaves the follow-up to your team. We dispatch the contractor and chase them until they arrive, escalate delays automatically, and close the ticket with a photo and the tenant’s confirmation. Our team does this work every day, not yours.

How much does it cost, and are there extra fees?

One flat monthly price per complex, based on unit count: 1,000 SAR for under 50 units, 1,500 SAR for 50 to 100 units, 2,500 SAR for over 100 units, and 1,250 SAR per complex in a portfolio of 5 to 8 complexes. No per-user fees and no setup fees.

What does one ticket actually cost?

For a medium complex with about 60 tickets a month, it comes to 25 SAR per closed ticket, documented with a photo and a confirmation.

What happens if a contractor is late?

Anything past the contracted response time is escalated automatically, so delays never pass silently. Acceptance and completion times also show up in each contractor’s performance numbers.

When is a ticket considered closed?

When the contractor attaches a closure photo from the site and the tenant confirms the problem is solved. Every step is logged with its time in the ticket record.

Do night-time tickets wait until morning?

No. Tickets don’t depend on anyone’s shift: a midnight report becomes a work order right away, not the next morning.

What does management see?

A live dashboard: every ticket at every site with its status, timing and the contractor responsible, for each site or the whole portfolio, plus performance numbers for every contractor.

Does the system save on salaries?

To be honest, no: salaries are paid either way. The gain is productivity. About 35 minutes of human effort per ticket moves from coordination calls to preventive rounds and chasing overdue work.
